XC9501B093DR-G Overview
With its 10-UFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. For outputs of 2, this dc motor controller is suitable. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. It is capable of handling PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 2V~10V and has a 2V~10V supply voltage. Worked in a -40°C~85°C dc switcher before. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 300kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable. XC9501 series dc to dc voltage regulator belong to this series.
