WM8850GEFL/V Overview
It is supplied in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. The packaging way of Tray is adopted. As a type of Audio, this electronic part is able to deliver high-efficient performance in various applications. It employs Surface Mount as its mounting type. It is able to operate normally when the operating performance is set at -40°C~85°C. It is integrated with 4 / 6 ADCs / DACs. The analog circuit is provided with the supply voltage of 4.5V~5.25V. The digital circuit is provided with the supply voltage of 1.62V~1.98V. There are 48 terminations used to prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line. It is a kind of 48-pin electronic device. It is mounted to a PCB based on the Surface Mount technology. The maximum value of supply voltage should be maintained at 5.25V. There are 2 A/D converters used to convert the analog signals into digital signals. There are 3 D/A converters used to convert the digital signals into analog signals. It is designed with 6 channels for data transmission.
