WM8850GEFL/RV Overview
For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. We have adopted the packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR). Its Audio type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. A mounting type of Surface Mount is used for this device. A performance setting of -40°C~85°C allows it to operate normally. 4 / 6 ADCs and DACs are integrated into it. Supply voltage is 4.35V~5.25V for the analog circuit. 1.62V~1.98V provides the supply voltage to the digital circuit. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the end of transmission lines by 48 terminations. An integrated circuit is mounted on a PCB based on the technology of Surface Mount. In order for the supply voltage to be maintained at 5.25V, it should be set to its maximum value. A power supply of 1.83.35V is required for operation. In addition, it can be supplied with a voltage of 1.62V at a minimum. Transmission of data takes place over 10 channels.
