WM8350GEB/RV Overview
Space-saving is achieved by supplying it in the 129-TFBGA package. As a packaging method, Tape & Reel (TR) is adopted. The high-efficiency performance of this electronic part can be achieved in various applications due to its type of Audio. Mounting type Surface Mount is used. At -25°C~85°C, it can operate normally. It consists of 2 / 2 ADCs/ DACs. The analog circuit is powered by 2.5V~3.6V. Digital circuits are powered by 1.71V~3.6V supply voltages. To prevent signals from reflecting off of the transmission line, there are 129 terminations. The device has 129 pins. Surface Mount technology is used for mounting it to a PCB. With a power supply of 1.83.3V, it runs. 3.6V is the supply voltage that it can operate from. For the conversion of digital signals into analog ones, 2 D/A converters are used. Voltages as low as 1.71V can be supplied to it.
