It is acceptable to ship in the direction of Tape & Reel (TR) .In order to facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 81-VQFN Dual Rows, Exposed Pad .For ease of adaptability, Surface Mount is an universal mounting method.Applications targeting this power management include Handheld/Mobile Devices and others.Ideally, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set at -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunction.The power management runs on 2.7V~5.5V voltage.The power management is equipped with 81 terminals.It has received high praise as a POWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CIRCUIT analog IC.It is equipped with a Surface Mount for mounting on a PCB or other board.When operated at 3.8V voltage, the power manager is capable of performing a wide range of demanding tasks.For the power management chip to run, 3.8V power supplies are sufficient.
