VS-50RIA120 Overview
The RMS current is a measure of the average strength of the current, disregarding its direction. Its RMS current (Irms) is 80A ohms.This device's repetitive peak off-state voltage is 1200V, the maximum peak voltage it allows across its off-state.Repetitive reverse voltage is the maximum voltage the diode can withstand in reverse-bias mode, and for this device, the maximum repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm) is 1.2kV.During the 'ON' state, the holding current (hypostatic) can be 200mA, as it is the minimum current which must pass through a circuit for it to stay in the 'on' state.As this thyristor has 1.6V forward voltage, no current flows across it.
