VN7004SLHTR Overview
The Octapak-8 package provides greater flexibility.MouseReel is the packaging method.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C ~ 150°C (TJ).Input type of Non-Inverting is used.A supply voltage of 28V is required for operation.A total of 7 pins are available for component connections.The basis has 3 Output integrated outputs.The output current can be set to 38 mA.Gate drivers in this series are included in the - series.Powered by 4 mA volts, it operates on a constant current.
