N-Channel PMIC Automotive, AEC-Q100 Series VN7004 OctaPAK (7 leads + Tab)
VN7004CLHTR is a kind of single-channel high-side driver with CurrentSense analog feedback for automotive applications. It is designed based on ST proprietary VIPower? technology to drive 12 V automotive grounded loads through a 3 V and 5 V CMOS-compatible interface and to offer protection, including load current limitation, under-voltage shutdown, overvoltage clamp, and over-temperature shutdown.
