VLA553-02R Overview
For greater flexibility, the Module package is adopted.A package of Bulk has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Chassis Mount.A supply voltage of 14.2V~15.8V demonstrates its superiority.IGBT is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -25°C~70°C TA.The input type is Non-Inverting.The device is mounted using Chassis Mount.24A is the maximum output current.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 70°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -25°C.
