VLA500K-01R Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 30-SIP Module, 21 Leads package.Bulk represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 1 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Through Hole.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 14.2V~15.8V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -20°C~60°C TA.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.It's configured with 21 terminations.The device is mounted with Through Hole.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 15V volts of power.There is a maximum output current of 12A that can be achieved.Mosfet driver ic uses ANALOG CIRCUIT as Mosfet driver ics analog integrated circuMosfet driver ic.
