VEMD6160X01 Overview


A Tape & Reel (TR) package protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into 0805 (2012 Metric) packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 20V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 20V permanently. A photodiode is equipped with 2 pins. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 30pA current.
