These photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to protect them from damage. The photodiodes are put into 2-SMD, No Lead packages for safety protection. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 60V. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 60V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. The photodiodes have 2 pins. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 1nA current.
