VEMD6060X01 Overview


In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in 1206 (3216 Metric), 3 PC Pad packages for safety purposes. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 20V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 20V continuously. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. A photodiode conducts 30pA current without light input.
