VBO25-16AO2 Overview
Bridge rectifier is a type of electronic component that is available in a 4-Square, FO-A package.A monitoring should be done of the reverse leakage current and it should not be allowed to exceed zero.Bridge rectifier is mounted using the Screw method.Temperatures below -40°C~150°C TJ ensure normal operation.This device is capable of supporting the maximum output voltage of 38 A.Monitoring surge current and not allowing it to exceed 300A is essential.As a result of its 38A output current, it provides maximum design flexibility.
