UZ8840 Overview
It is necessary to supply this electrical device with a reverse leakage current of 500 nA @ 28.8 V.A voltage of 10% indicates the maximum voltage (Tol) that can be supplied.Reverse leakage current reaches a maximum of 500 nA.In operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is set to 40 V.The design flexibility of this device is extremely high since its zener current is 0.5 uA.This device can only be operated when the working test voltage is set to 6.5 mA.As soon as the voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches its maximum, the value reaches 38 mV/°C.For this device to operate properly, a reverse testing voltage of 30.4 V is recommended.
