UZ8809 Overview
The reverse leakage current needed to power this electric device is 3 μA @ 6.6 V.Zener single diode is a maximum voltage (Tol) that can be supplied at 10%.The reverse leakage current reaches zero at its maximum.As part of the operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 9.1 V.A zener current of 3 uA makes it highly flexible in terms of design.Setting the working test voltage to 28 mA will allow this device to operate.When the voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches diodes peak, diode reaches 4.55 mV/°C.Ideally, this device should operate at a reverse test voltage of 6.9 V.
