U4256BM-NFSG3 Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the LSSOP package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflowing. It contains a total of 20 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 8.5V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 14V as a supply voltage. There should be a voltage supply above 8V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. In this IC, a 20-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. At 15MHz, frequency synthesizer achieves high efficiency. In this case, the product is an analog IC and can be classified as a PLL FREQUENCY SYNTHESIZER-electronic frequency generator. For this analog clock generator, a maximum supply current of 20mA should be avoided.
