TS3-85 Overview
Typically, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Bulk package. In order to make things easier, it is included in the package TO-51-2 Metal Can. For reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~200°C. Temperatures of 200°C provide reliable operation of NTC thermistors. It's best to operate NTC thermistors at -40°C for reliability.
