Using the frequency of 1.7GHz~2.4GHz, RF modulator operates.The enhanced 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to mount this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.This integrated circuit has 48 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 48-pin.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.
