Microcontroller 100 Pin 40MHz 5V LQFP
TMPM380FWFG Overview
There is a LQFP package available. The board has 83 I/Os. Microcontroller's a MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC. IC Chip terminations are 100. As a result, this Microcontroller comes with a 32-bit size. Input voltage for the chip is 5V volts. A total of YES DMA channels are available. This IC part has a memory size of 128kB. Performing well when operated at frequency 40MHz can be achieved. Using YES PWM channels, the device works. On the chip, there are 100 pins that can be accessed. It comes with 11 timers/counters that can be set up. The pins counted are 100. The device is powered by the the CORTEX-M3 CPU family that is embedded in it. FLASH memory is one of the features of this equipment. The CPU is based on ARM cores. In addition, it has 8 UART channels to choose from. The device has a total of 18 ADC channels in total. A total of 2 I2C channels have been integrated into the part.
