TMCS1108A3BQDRQ1 Overview
A 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) package is used to protect the current sensors from damage. The devices are protected from damage by the Cut Tape package. It is recommended that these current sensors supply a maximum current of 6mA. A current sensor is designed for a current of 20 A. It is possible for the current sensors to supply 5 V voltage when they are operating.
