RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 20kHz~90kHz.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.The package of this RF modulator is Tape & Reel (TR).On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.RF module has 16 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.16-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.It must be below 40°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of 0°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
