TIS74_J35Z Description
TIS74_J35Z is a type of N-channel general purpose amplifier provided by ON Semiconductor. This device provides excellent performance as input stages for sub-picoamp instrumentation or any high impedance signal sources. The TIS74_J35Z switch is available in the TO-92 package for the purpose of saving board space. It is well suited for low-level analog switching, sample and hold circuits, and chopper-stabilized amplifiers.
