TF408-3-TL-HX Description
For low noise amplifier and impedance conversion, analog switching, and chopper applications, ON Semiconductor offers JFETs with N-Channel, P-Channel, and NPN polarity. The portfolio offers performance traits that enable the miniaturization of finished goods, such as Large Forward Transfer Admittance, Small Ciss, Ultralow noise, and Ultra-Small-Sized Page. The JFETs are intended for use in amplifiers that operate at high frequencies (HF), very high frequencies (VHF), and ultra-high frequencies (UHF). Additionally, there are alternatives in the portfolio that are PPAP-capable and AEC-Q101 rated for use in applications related to the automobile industry.
