Using the frequency of 700MHz~2.7GHz, RF modulator operates.The enhanced 4-XFBGA package makes it an excellent RF IC.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to mount this RF modulator.The Integrated Circuit (IC) RF IC technology has enabled this part to power many solutions for a variety of uses.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.This integrated circuit has 4 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 4-pin.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -30°C.
