TCP-3068H-QT Overview
In this RF modulator, the frequency is 700MHz~2.7GHz.Due to the enhanced 6-VFDFN package, this RF IC is excellent .Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this RF modulator.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 6 terminations integrated.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 6 pins.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -30°C.
