TCP-3039H-QT Overview
Based on the frequency of 700MHz~2.7GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 6-VFDFN package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.6 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.A 6-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.There must be at least -30°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.
