TCP-3027N-QT Overview
A frequency of 700MHz~2.4GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.This RF IC features an enhanced 6-VFDFN package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.6 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.A 6-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.
