RF IC with the enhanced 20-UFBGA, WLCSP package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.Integrated into this RF module are 20 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.
