SXUV300C Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 25V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 25V continuously. There are 4 pins on the photodiodes. A photodiode should not operate at a temperature higher than 40°C. For photodiodes, the minimum operating temperature should be -10°C.
