STOD13CMTPUR Overview
A total of 2outputs are supported by this device. The product is packaged in 12-UFDFN Exposed Padfor ease of transportation. The product is currently available in Tape & Reel (TR)packages. In general, this regulator outputs a voltage of 4.6V -1.4V~-4.4V. This Surface Mount mount is universal and can be easily adapted. In addition to [0], this device targets other applications as well. The operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C to avoid mal-function. Regulator input voltage is designed to be 2.5V~4.5V. Parts have 12terminals. It has received rave reviews as a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLERregulator. Search STOD13for more pin-to-pin solutions. The PCB or other board can be mounted using the Surface Mounton it. Devices with 12pins are available. Refer to the following extra aspects of this chip: ADJUSTABLE VOLTAGE RANGE FROM -4.4 VOLT TO -1.4 VOLT.
