STOD13BSTPUR Description
STOD13BSTPUR is a type of dual dc-dc converter optimized for amoled display panels. It is particularly suitable for battery-operated products due to integration with a step-up and an inverN/Ang dc-dc converter. It can ensure minimal value and size of external components due to high frequency. It is able to provide a suite of protection functions, including controlled inrush current limit, thermal shutdown, and short-circuit protection. The current consumption can be reduced to less than 1 μa because the device can be turned off by the enable pin.

4.6 v fixed posiN/Ave output voltage
