STF23N80K5 MOSFET Description
The STF23N80K5 MOSFET has a maximal leakage current of ±10 μA and also a very low zero-gate voltage drain current of 50 μA (MAX). With a typical turn-on delay time of 14 ns, the part is proficient in switching applications. The built-in back-to-back Zener diodes are specifically engineered to improve the device's ESD performance. The Zener voltage allows for efficient and cost-effective device integrity protection, removing the need for additional external componentry.
