STC03DE170HP Bipolar Transistor Description


The STC03DE170HP is a hybrid device that combines high-voltage Bipolar and low-voltage MOSFET technologies to provide the highest performance in the ESBT topology. The STC03DE170HP is a three-phase aux flyback SMPS developed for use in aux flyback SMPS.
