SMV1249-000 Overview
Varactor is not recommended to use a breakdown voltage below 15V for analog input domain voltages.A capacitor's capacitance ratio is equal to its capacitance, which is the ability of the capacitor to store an electric current.By using it, you can deliver a diode capacitance of 31pF.During operation, the temperature should not deviate from -55°C~125°C TJ.In addition, the SOD-882 package can be used to reduce the amount of space needed.Its maximum power dissipation assures that it can dissipate power efficiently without overheating.The peak reverse voltage must remain within 15V for accurate conversion.
