Capacitance can determine whether the device outputs a value of 4.37pF.Varactor is the capacVaractorsance ratio that determines how well a capacVaractorsor stores an electric charge, and Varactorss capacVaractorsance is 10 volts.There is a possibility of delivering a diode capacitance of 7pF.Power is supplied to the device by 20mA forward current.Varactor is recommended that operating temperatures remain in the -55°C~125°C TJ range.Varactor is also possible to save space using the SC-79, SOD-523 package.
