SI51214-B13263-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Reel package. 6-WFDFN contains this Clock PLL. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock, Crystal as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There are 1.71V ~ 1.89V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C ~ 85°C (TA).
