Designed for common LEDs, this driver IC features an enhanced 195-BBGA package.There is a Tray package for this receiver.The Transceiver can transceiver type enables this part to be used in a wide range of applications.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this wide receiver.A differential driver like this uses 1.71V~1.89V of power.The field can have up to 1/1 eligible receivers/drivers at once when using this electronic part.IC receiver's like this are designed for applications requiring a -20°C~85°C operating temperature.195-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A combination of optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting reduces the package size dramatically.This line driver integrating circuit represents a power-saving technique that is part of the SiPHY™ series.
