SI51214-B13051-GM Overview
Clock PLL is embedded in the 6-WFDFN package. Clock, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 1.71V ~ 1.89V. The temperature should be set at -40°C ~ 85°C (TA) to ensure reliable performance. LVCMOS is designed for clock generator's output. This electronic component can be classified into Clock Generator. The supply voltage should be maintained at 1.8 V for high efficiency. This clock generator is a member of - series. Clock PLL is configured with 2 Output output. The supply current of 5.5 mA needs to be provided to fully play clock generator's function.
