SI51210-B13201-GM Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Cut Tape. Clock PLL is embedded in the TDFN-6 package. Clock, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.25V ~ 2.75V, 2.97V ~ 3.63V. The temperature should be set at -40°C ~ 85°C (TA) to ensure reliable performance. LVCMOS is designed for clock generator's output. This electronic component can be classified into Programmable Clock Generators. The supply voltage should be maintained at 2.5 V, 3.3 V for high efficiency. This clock generator is a member of - series. Clock PLL is configured with 2 Output output. The supply current of 6.3 mA needs to be provided to fully play clock generator's function.
