RT9011-MBGJ6 Overview
In a Tape & Reel (TR) case, the IC voltage regulator is delivered. A SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 case contains the Liner IC. This PMIC chip has an output type of Fixed. In this electrical part, there are 2 regulators that are implemented. Voltage Regulated IC Surface Mount varies its operating temperature range. The IC Voltage Regulator's operating temperature is -40°C~85°C degrees. Currently, this regulator IC has an output function configured as Positive as its output function. The current output of this IC regulator is 300mA 300mA. There is a 10 volt dropout voltage on this transistor. When the temperature is below 85°C, you are advised to use the voltage regulator IC.
