QSE973RCE3R0 Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-92 packages. Photodiodes have a pin count of 2. Within a circuit, photodiodes could generate 150mW heat. In order for photodiodes to operate, the temperature should not exceed 85°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -40°C as a minimum operating temperature. A reverse anode voltage of 32V should be applied to the photodiodes. The photodiodes could supply 32V voltage in reverse-bias mode. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 30nA even without light input.
