QSE973 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in TO-226-2, TO-92-2 (TO-226AC) packages for safety purposes. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 32V continuously. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes can release 150mW heat. It should be 32V for the reverse anode voltage of the photodiodes. As a result of reverse-bias, the photodiodes are able to supply 32V. A photodiode conducts 30nA current without light input.
