    PN4391_D75Z Description


    PN4391_D75Z is a type of N-channel switch provided by ON Semiconductor. This device provides excellent performance as input stages for sub-picoamp instrumentation or any high-impedance signal sources. The PN4393_D27Z switch is available in the SOT-23 package for the purpose of saving board space. It is well suited for low-level analog switching, sample and hold circuits, and chopper-stabilized amplifiers.
