    PN4117A JFET Description


    The PN4117A N-channel JFET has a very high input impedance. It has a 1-pA limit and normally operates at 0.2 pA. As a result, they are ideal for use as high-impedance-sensitive front-end amplifiers. The PN4117A performs admirably as input stages for sub-pico-amp instrumentation or any high impedance signal source.
