PN4091 JFET Description
Souced from Process 51, the PN4091 device is an N-Channel silicon JFET designed for switching applications like low-level analog switching, sample and hold circuits, and chopper stabilized amplifiers. This device is small in size and has a prominent fast-switching performance.
