PFS7626C-TL Overview
Currently, it is available as a 24-PowerSMD Module (0.425, 10.80mm Width), 17 Leads package.A Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method was used to package it.Depending on the device, the mounting type will either be Surface Mount or C.In order to operate it, it should be connected to the voltage supply of 10.2V~15V.Currently, the device is set to operate at -40°C~150°C TJ o'clock.As well as the POWER FACTOR CONTROLLER integrated circuit, this part contains other types of integrated circuits as well.There is a switching frequency of 22kHz~123kHz which is the frequency of switching.The HiperPFS™-4 Series consists of different models that belong to it.
