PDB-V615-2 Overview


In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 25V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 25V. In order for photodiodes to function, the temperature must not exceed 100°C. However, the minimum operating temperature of the photodiodes should be set to -40°C. Without light, a photodiode has 350nA current.
