PDB-V448-46 Overview


In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in TO-46-2 Metal Can packages for safety purposes. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 75V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 75V continuously. A photodiode conducts 150pA current without light input.
