PDB-V114 Overview


To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Tray. Photodiodes are protected by TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 75V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 75V continuously in reverse-bias mode. A photodiode occurs even at 335pA current without light input.
